1. General Terms and Eligibility

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the bet365mx platform and all its related services ("Services"). By using the bet365mx website, mobile application, or any associated services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. 3.4 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). If currency conversion is required, the prevailing market rate will apply.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,500, bringing your total balance to ৳2,500. Or, a deposit of ৳8,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, bringing your total balance to ৳13,000.

To withdraw the welcome bonus, a minimum wagering requirement of 15 times must be met. That is, withdrawals from the bonus can be made after completing bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a set validity period — any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• A promotion cannot be participated in more than once.
• Misuse of bonuses or exploiting loopholes is strictly prohibited.
• bet365mx reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Multiple members of the same household or the same device cannot claim the same bonus.

4.3 VIP Program

The bet365mx VIP program has 5 tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

bet365mx offers various types of gaming services including sports betting, casino games, slots, fishing games, and live dealer games. Each game has its own rules and conditions.

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

bet365mx reserves the right to accept or reject any bet. bet365mx also reserves the right to cancel bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect odds. In such cases, the amount of the placed bet will be returned to the user's account.

5.2 Cricket Betting

Betting is available on various international cricket matches including IPL, BPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments. If a match is abandoned or postponed, bet settlement will follow the applicable rules.
